Kresko-en-akvo!
Ovka-ne-okserk!
You trick the universe into depositing moisture from the surroundings onto an object up to Medium size, or as much as a 5 ft cubic area. It's only enough water to make surfaces wet and damp as if exposed to a brief rain.
Alternatively you can cast a version of this utterance which hydrates a single creature as if they just drank a single glass of water. How refreshing!
Reverse: You remove moisture from a Medium or smaller object, or up to a 5 ft cubic area, depositing it into the surroundings as if it evaporated on its own.
Alternatively, you can make a creature thirsty (Fortitude negates). Being thirsty has no major effects other than spurring on eventual dehydration, and multiple uses do not stack to make them more thirsty. Creatures with the [Water] subtype or creatures which need to remain moist take 1d4 points of damage regardless of the saving throw.
Interjections like this do not have primal utterances.
