Improved Temporal Stutter [Spelltouched] Prerequisites: Temporal Stutter, 9 HDsBenefit: As a standard action, you can replicate the effect of time stop except that you only create 1 round of apparent time. Much like Temporal Stutter, you cannot cast spells, activate spell-completion items or use spell-like abilities while under the effect of this feat.

A character with this feat is not limited to using Temporal Stutter once per encounter. Instead whenever you use Temporal Stutter you must wait 4 rounds before using this feat or Temporal Stutter again. If you use the time stop effect granted by this feat, you cannot use Temporal Stutter or this feat again until 8 rounds passed.
