Incessant Momentum
Evocation
Level: Bard 2, Sorcerer/Wizard 3
Components: V, S
Casting time: 1 standard action
Range: Medium (100 ft + 10 ft/level)
Target: One creature or one Huge or smaller object
Duration: 1 round/level (D)
Saving Throw: Fortitude negates
Spell Resistance: Yes

The mounted knight charged into the fray, and though he broke through he never quite stopped and sailed right off the cliff.

The target is afflicted with momentum that does not abate naturally. If the creature moved last round they are forced to move again this round, traveling the same distance and direction they ended in the previous round. This consumes their move action, unless they choose to use their move action to arrest their movement for the round leaving them standing in place. Gravity still works, so jumping moves you as appropriate until gravity brings you back down.

This forced movement continues until they stop themselves or movement is impossible, such as hitting a wall. As long as they remain still, they do not risk moving. Some use this as a party buff instead of a debuff.

If cast in a spell slot two levels higher this becomes Mass Incessant Momentum, and affects up to one creature or object per level. Alternatively, you can affect one creature but the duration becomes 10 minutes/level.
