The commander suddenly looked ill, buckling over in pain as his skin tore in several places, releasing a blast of flame which quickly filled the room and scorched his minions.

Select one creature in range. They must make a Fortitude save or take 2d6 points of fire damage per caster level (maximum 30d6 at 15th level). In addition, fire blasts out from pores, wounds, and other orifices on their body, dealing half that damage to the surrounding 20 feet. Other creatures in the area get a Reflex save for half of this damage. On a successful save, the creature takes 5d6 fire damage, and there is no secondary emanation effect.

Material Component: A bit of ash from a fireball victim.
