A set of aerodynamic modern clothing which grant the wearer a +10 bonus on their movement speed.
However their true ability can be triggered when the wearer speak the command word as a move action, causing the clothes to transform into a sharper and edgier version of itself with a magical engine of fire and wind on it back. In this form the wearer's speed double and whenever they make a Jump check they always count as having a running start, the formula for figuring vertical jump height is the same as for horizontal jump height (one foot per point on the check) and your jump is not limited by your height. In addition after they jump they gain the ability to glide as if they had a glider, using half their speed instead of the normal glider speed.
The large thrust of the engine, even at minimum cause all their speed to have clumsy maneuverability (even land speed and such). If the wearer do not take a move action to move in a round, they become unbalanced and take a -4 penalty to AC and Dexterity-based skill checks. Finally an active Jetblast Garbs grant it wearer a +20 bonus on Strength checks made to move or escape a grapple.
If the wearer crash into an object after moving more than 50 feet in a round, they take 5d6 damage both fire and bludgeoning as the Jetblast Garbs explode, leaving them broken and the wearer naked and on fire. The Jetblast Garbs may be returned to their normal form as a move action. If they do so after having moved in the same round they must make a DC 25 balance checks or fall prone.
