You apply the truespeak adjective of sharpness or density to a weapon, making it extra dangerous. The target is primed with an utterance that you can trigger at any time later within the next 24 hours as a standard action. No truespeech check is required to prime the target. Once triggered the target gains the effect of keen edge, except it applies to any weapon, not just piercing and slashing.
Reverse: You cause the universe to assume a weapon is duller and softer than it should be. You can choose to either reduce a critical threat range of a weapon by 3 points (to a minimum range of natural 20), or reduce the critical multiplier by 1 step (to a minimum of x2).
Augmentation: For every +10 you increase the base DC by, you can trigger an additional primed instance of this utterance in the same action. For the reversed, you can target another creature within range.
Primal Utterance[edit]
Normal: The benefits last for 24 hours, and you automatically confirm critical hits.
Reversed: The weapon becomes unable to make critical hits at all for 24 hours, and does not automatically hit on a natural 20. This is considered a curse, and may be removed by effects which remove curses.
