This is a training broom for young witches. It's not very good, but it'll do in a pinch.
This broom is able to fly through the air with average maneuverability for up to 6 hours a day, split up however you like. The broom can carry 250 pounds and fly at a speed of 30 feet, or up to 500 pounds at a speed at 20 feet. It can hover in place regardless of maneuverability. The owner uses their own move actions to move the broom, otherwise it simply hovers in place until called as it has no will or senses of its own. You can call the broom from up to 1 mile away with a command word. An unattended broom flies at a speed of 30 ft until it reaches your side, then hovers until further commanded.
Prerequisites: Craft Wondrous Item, fly, levitate.
Cost to Create: 3,000 gp, 240 EXP, 6 days.
