Maintain Minor Transfiguration [Spelltouched]
Transmutation effects are slow to wear off on you (at least when you want them to).Prerequisites: Exposure to any [Transmutation] spell with a non-permanent or instantaneous effect.Benefit: Whenever the duration of a Transmutation effect would wear off, you may instead choose to extend it, but at half the numerical amounts of the effect (rounding down). The effect may still be dispelled or dismissed as normal.
The continuation of the minor transfiguration lasts for 1 minute or the length of the original duration, whichever is shorter. At 5 HD, the minor transfiguration lasts for 10 minutes or the length of the original duration, whichever is shorter. At 10 HD, the minor transfiguration lasts for 1 hour or the length of the original duration, whichever is shorter. This ability does not affect Transmutations of permanent or instantaneous duration.
Control Shape becomes a class skill for all your hit dice.
Example: After a casting of bull's strength expires, the effect may be continued, but only provides a +2 bonus to Strength instead. A subject of haste looking to maintain a minor transfiguration would gain only a +15 foot enhancement bonus to its movement speeds, as half an extra attack during a full attack (rounded down) doesn't grant a benefit, nor does the halved attack or dodge bonuses.
