Nobody cared who you were before you put on the mask.
This mask covers the nose and mouth of the target, and sometimes rarely the eyes as well. Its tubes hook around to small vials on the neck which provide oxygen, food, drink, and sometimes even medical supplies in liquid or gaseous state delivered to the wearer. When worn you are immune to all harmful vapors and gases (such as cloudkill and stinking cloud effects, as well as inhaled poisons) and allowing him to breathe, even underwater or in a vacuum. Your dietary needs are also met (though the taste is said to be quite bland), and it grants a +2 alchemical bonus on saves against disease and poison through the subtle application of drugs. The mask requires an attunement of 24 hours for the sustenance function to work.
Because the mask covers the mouth so well, the wearers voice is muffled and is instead artificially amplified and distorted. With fine tuning, this grants a +10 bonus on Disguise checks to mimic other voices and sounds (or simply to use your own voice without sounding distorted).
Prerequisites: Craft Wondrous Item, alter self, delay poison, magic mouth, remove disease, crafter must be a big guy... for you.
