The masterwork toolbag is, in essence, a masterwork tool for all skills. Like a spell component pouch it is a bag filled with abstract and poorly defined tools which always fit for the job, and thus always provide a +2 circumstance bonus. This does not stack with masterwork tools, as they are the same thing.
A masterwork toolbag need only hang by your side to function and weighs 10 lbs.
Prerequisites: Craft Wondrous Item, major creation.
Cost to Create: 1100 gp, 88 EXP, 2 days.
