The Memory Wraith is a terrifying creature born out of pain and lost memories. It stand about 10 feet tall and resemble a grey-blue Dread Wraith. While similar to an undead, the Memory Wraith is in fact a dreamborn outsider. The large shade was created when the mindrapeBoVD spell was used in excess, to make the populace of an entire city compliant. The Memory Wraith resent it own existence and typically kill any spellcasters using the spell with great prejudice.
While it is a unique creature, the overuse of the mindrapeBoVD spell can create lesser version.
The Memory Wraith will typically rush in battle while invisible, using it spell-like abilities and full-attacking whenever it can. If it seriously injured it will plane shift or teleport away and wait until it fast healing bring it back to full health before considering re-engagement. It is fully capable of learning from it mistake.
Extraordinary Health (Ex): The Memory Wraith has maximum hit points per hit dice and has a +4 resistance bonus on all saving throws.
Breath Weapon (Su): The Memory Wraith possess a powerful breath weapon it can use every 1d4 rounds, unleashing a stream or wave of styx water. It may use it either as a 120-ft. line or a 60-ft. cone at it option whenever it use the breath weapon. The breath weapon deal 10d8 nonlethal damage and push all creature caught in it to it edge Prone, a successful Fortitude save halves the damage and negate the push.
The most insidious effect is that whenever a creature is caught by the breath weapon it take 1 point of both Intelligence and Wisdom Drain which cannot be healed until the creature rest for at least 8 hours. The creature will also experience loss of random memories. If the drain cause the creature's Intelligence or Wisdom to fall to 0 it automatically become Ability Burn instead and the creature lose all memories of their previous identities (although they retain their levels, skills and etc).
Immunities: The Memory Wraith is immune to ability damage, ability drain, compulsion, critical hit, [death] effect, nausea, stunning, sickening and any effect which could cause it to lose it memory.
Immunity to Magic: The Memory Wraith is immune to any spell which grant spell resistance as well as any spell which do not grant spell resistance of enchantment school and necromancy school.
Invisibility (Ex) and (Su): The Memory Wraith is naturally invisible as per the persistent invisibility spell. Even when it reappear it is blurry and difficult to target (as per blur). It may resume or suppress this ability as a free action. The ability itself is extraoridnary but suppressing it a supernatural ability.
Spell-Like Abilities: At will— dominate monster (DC 27), greater dispel magic, greater teleport (self plus 50 pounds of objects only), insanity (DC 25), plane shift, power word stun, telekinesis (DC 23), vile word (DC 26). Caster level 19th. The save DCs are Wisdom-based.
Called by Gate
The Memory Wraith can be summoned by the gate spell, though it is a unique being and so the caster has no control over it other than by bartering. When called, she will accept any job which involves taking revenge on a spellcaster for free. Otherwise, it charges 15,000 gp for every day it is needed. If the memory Wraith witness the caster using the mindrape spell it will interrupt it service and attempt to slay the caster.
