Moist
You are moist. Too moist. And you must stay moist, or risk a terrible fate.
Effect: You must stay moist. Whenever not subject to rain or in water, you can only stay out in the open for 2 hours before invoking a -2 penalty to Dexterity. This stacks for every 2 hours you remain dry. In hot arid conditions, this ticks twice as fast. Every round you are subjected to large amounts of water, you reduce the penalty by 1. No other effects can otherwise remove this penalty.
You count as a watery creature for certain spells and effects which deal more damage to such creatures.
Benefit: Any bonus feat for which you meet the prerequisites.
