You create a small orb of ice which you throw at the enemy. As it hits it bursts into a thick chilling fog.
When you cast this spell you launch a sphere of ice at a single target in range. Make a ranged touch attack, on a hit the creature takes 1d6 cold damage/level (maximum 10d6 at 10th level). Regardless if you successfully hit or miss, a chilling fog cloud of cold smoke bursts from the area, lasting 10 minutes/level.
Hot temperatures act like moderate wind on dispersing the cloud, while fire hot enough to deal damage acts as strong wind.
Material Component: A drop of cold water.
