This power turns the floor into a thick layer of bouncy jelly. Any creature within the area must pass a Reflex save or its movement will be halved. Every round, a creature within the area must pass a balance check (at 1/2 power DC) or fall prone. Creatures who attempt to stand while the spell is active must make another balance check or remain prone. However, creatures who succeed their balance check get a +6 bonus to jump checks, and may improve base land speed by 10’ when jumping.
Augment: You can augment this power in one or more of the following ways.
- If you spend 2 extra power points, the area of effect increases by one 10’ square.
In addition, for every 2 extra power points you spend to achieve any of these effects, this power’s save DC increases by 1.
