A thin rainbow beam streaks from your fingertips, striking your opponent with a chaotic collection of psionic dangers.

This power causes a thin ray which flashes with seven multicolored pulses of light. When it strikes the opponent one or more effects the ray carries occurs. Creatures with 8 HD or less are automatically blinded for 2d4 rounds.

1d8 Color of Beam Effect
1 Red Deals 20 points of fire damage (Reflex half)
2 Orange Deals 40 points of sonic damage (Reflex half)
3 Yellow Deals 80 points of electricity damage (Reflex half)
4 Green Mental kill command (Kills; mind affecting, Will partial for 1d6 points of Wis damage instead)
5 Blue Turned into crystal (Fortitude negates)
6 Indigo Will save or become insane (as insanity power)
7 Violet Creatures sent to the Plane of Dreams. (Will negates)
8 Multicolor Two colors occur at once; roll twice more, ignoring any "8" results.

Augment: For every 2 power points you spend, the DC increases by +1.
