Quickswap Fighting [Fighter] Prerequisites: Dexterity 15+Benefit: When making a full attack with a light or one-handed melee weapon in your mainhand and nothing in your offhand, you may move your weapon to your offhand as a free action and make an additional attack with the weapon as part of the full attack (As long as you haven't already made any offhand attacks this round). Doing so incurs penalties for two-weapon fighting normally (These penalties apply to the mainhand attacks even before you switch hands). You can return the weapon to your mainhand with another free action after the attack.

The first time you switch hands and make an offhand attack against a particular opponent, that opponent is denied their Dexterity bonus to armor class against that offhand attack. After that, they've learned to anticipate the move and can react normally.

Alternatively, you can start with your weapon in your offhand and move it to your mainhand. It doesn't matter all that much.

Two-Weapon Fighting and it's sequels can grant you more offhand attacks and of course reduce the attack roll penalties incurred.
