It's Sandstorm by Darude, of course.

You conjure a rave party in the area filled with indistinct shadowy dancers with neon trim, who all begin dancing to loud music and a spray of colorful lights in all directions. Those trapped in the area or passing through the area must make a Will save or become fascinated and compelled to get as close to the center of the effect to dance for the duration of the spell. They ignore all events going on outside of the rave party. A successful save negates, and this part of the spell is mind-affecting and subject to spell resistance. They only need to make a Will save once per time they enter the area of effect.

Those who succeed on the Will save must then make a Fortitude save, or be rendered blind for 1d4 rounds and dazzled and deafened for 1 minute from the bright lights and loud music. If they failed the save and are still in the area of effect next round, they must make another save or have the effect increased to another 1d4 rounds of blindness and another 1 minute of dazzle and deafness. If they are in the area of effect still, they must make a third Fortitude save or be permanently blinded and deafened. A successful save renders them simply dazzled for 1 minute. Spell resistance applies to this effect, and it is not mind-affecting (instead it is Light and Sonic).

Regardless if they succeed or fail the Fortitude save, they must finally make a Strength check to move through the area, DC 15. If they succeed, they can move through the crowd at half speed. If they fail, they are unable to move. If they fail the DC by 10 or more, they are trampled underfoot by the mob and take 7d6 magic bludgeoning damage.

The dancers are immune to damage. Those within the area take a −40 to Listen checks, and those outside the area out to a distance of 30 ft take a −20 to Listen checks from the loud noise. Those inside must make DC 20 Concentration checks to cast within the rave.

Bards get a +2 on the DC for this spell.

Focus: A glittering crystal sphere worth 500 gp, which floats from your hand and becomes the center of the spell. At the end of the spell it returns to your hand.
