Reckless Offense, Variant [Fighter] Prerequisites: Base Attack Bonus +1

Benefit: When you use the attack action or full attack action in melee on your turn, you may opt to apply a -2 penalty to your Armor Class until the beginning of your next turn. If you do, you gain a +2 bonus to damage rolls until the beginning of your next turn.
You may increase the penalty to your Armor Class to -4 to also gain a +2 competence bonus on attack rolls as long as you aren't also using the Power Attack feat at the same time.
Additionally, whenever an enemy deals damage to you, you gain a +3 bonus on damage rolls (for a total of a +5 bonus on damage rolls) to that enemy until the end of your next turn. This only triggers once per enemy, regardless of how many times the enemy has hit you.

Special: A Fighter may select Reckless Offense, Variant as one of his fighter bonus feats.
Reckless Offense, Variant may be used in place of Reckless Offense for the purposes of meeting prerequisites for feats, prestige classes, and the like.
Reckless Offense, Variant can never be used at the same time as Combat Expertise.
