The druid travelled on a sphere of amber, which contained a strange reptilian creature inside.
You can resurrect fossils to create fossil creatures, up the second level of the summon fossil spell.
These creatures are not undead and must be controlled like normal animals, but are generally friendly to the creator.
Material Component: The fossil of a creature, at least 50% complete.
