These sturdy leather boots look like they are well worn but comfortable.
While wearing these boots you gain a +2 competence bonus on balance and climb checks, and as a bonus against spells which create difficult terrain. You also take no damage from caltrops.
As a free action, the wearer can tap her heel, enabling her to ignore difficult terrain from natural terrain or slower movement from water for up to 10 rounds each day. The duration of the effect need not be consecutive rounds.
Prerequisites: Craft Wondrous Item, pass without trace.
