Features Amphibious. The monkeys can breathe air or water. Grab and Go. If the monkey uses its Grab action, it may use a bonus action to both Disengage and Dash.  Actions Multiattack. The monkey may make two slam attacks or a slam and a bite attack. Grab. The monkey uses Sleight of Hand to grab an object. If the object is worn by another creature, the creature may make a contested Dexterity check to retain the object. If the object is held by another creature, the creature may make a contested check using either Strength or Dexterity to retain the object. Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +0 to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature. Hit: 2 (1d4) piercing damage. Slam. Melee Weapon Attack: +0 to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature. Hit: 3 (1d6) bludgeoning damage.  Reactions Flighty. When the monkey is attacked, it may use its reaction to disengage and move up to its full speed as long as it ends its movement out of reach of all enemies.

Popular Pets

Sea monkeys are popular pets. Their young are sold to young humanoids (especially humans) all over the Material Plane. However, as the animals grow and become harder to control, they are often abandoned.
