You cause a creature to slip through space far faster than the universe should allow. The target gains a +20 bonus to movement speeds and the benefits of the Up the Walls feat (even if they are not psionically focused). In addition, you are not slowed by difficult terrain, effects which would slow you to 5 ft a round now slow you to 10 ft a round, and you may make 10 ft steps instead of 5 ft steps. This effect dispels slow on a creature, but is negated as well by slow.

Reverse: You cause a creature to move through space as if it were thick gel. The target falls under the affects of slow, Will negates.

Failure: On a failed truespeak check, you only gain the +20 speed bonus and no other benefit. For the reverse, the slow effect only lasts 1 round.

Augmentation: For every +10 you increase the base DC by, you can trigger an additional primed instance of this utterance in the same action. For the reversed, you can target another creature within range.

Primal Utterance[edit]

Normal: The duration lasts for 24 hours.

Reversed: A slowed creature's movement speeds all drop to 5 ft. On a successful save, they are effected by the normal effect of slow instead.
