Spell Miser
But what if you need your spell slots for later?
Prerequisite: Must have limited spell slots or powers per day.
Effect: Whenever you go to cast a spell with limited uses higher than the lowest spell you can use, you have a 50% chance of choosing to not use the spell. Instead you may use any at will action, or are limited to the use the lowest possible spell slot or power you have access to.
Benefit: A Moderate bonus feat or lower for which you meet the prerequisites.
