BOO! You're spooked! Those that fail the will save are shaken for 1 round.

Unlike most spells, if prepared in a spell slot one level higher than normal it becomes a swift action. If prepared two levels higher, it becomes an immediate action. The DC and effective spell level rises according to the spell slot used.
