The dragons wings broke off with a loud popping noise, flew over to the wizard, and after re-sizing snapped onto the wizard's back as the dragon fell to earth.
When cast on a creature with wings, this spell steals their wings and gives them to the caster, causing the former owner to be unable to fly. Creatures with stolen wings fall and take fall damage as normal, while the caster gains the same speed, maneuverability, and wing buffet attacks (if any) as the creature they stole from, sized for them. Stolen wings return to their rightful owner at the end of the duration. On a successful save, the wings are briefly disrupted, cutting fly speeds in half for 1 round.
Casting regenerate on the wingless creature or dispelling the stolen wings off the caster cause the wings to return early, and the spell ends. This does not disrupt creatures who do not rely on wings to fly.
