You target a magic item and suppress it's magical abilities. Make a ranged touch attack, if successful the item you targeted has the magic suppressed as if it were in an antimagic field for 5 rounds.
Reverse: You can instead harden an item against the effects of antimagic. Make a ranged touch attack. The affected item can function in an antimagic field for 5 rounds. Notably, you can also cast this version of the utterance in an antimagic field.
Failure: On a failed truespeak check, the duration becomes 1 round.
Primal Utterance[edit]
Normal: The duration of the effect becomes Concentration + 1 minute.
Reversed: The duration of the effect becomes 24 hours.
