You alter the course of the kinetic energy of a weapon to go wild, projecting in unintended directions and missing entirely. Target one manufactured weapon; as long as you concentrate that weapon cannot be fired, swung, or otherwise used correctly. They can still change weapons, and it does not function on natural weapon.
Reverse: Rather than avoid damage, you instead alter how lethal the weapon is supposed to be. For the duration, the weapon deals nonlethal damage, and they must take a -4 penalty on attack rolls to deal lethal damage instead.
Failure: On a failed truespeak check, they only take a -3 penalty to attack instead of missing completely while you concentrate. For the reverse, half the weapon becomes nonlethal damage (round down).
Primal Utterance[edit]
Normal: The duration becomes 1 minute/level (D), concentration not required.
Reversed: The effect lasts for 1 minute/level (D), and the weapon deals half its normal damage.
