Supreme Uncanny Dodge [Epic] It doesn’t matter how securely they think they’ve strapped you to the guillotine — that blade is not going to touch your neck anytime soon.Prerequisites: Uncanny dodge, improved uncanny dodge, Dex 22, Escape Artist 27 ranks, Tumble 27 ranksBenefit: You’ve gotten so good at dodging attacks that even when you get struck somewhere of critical importance, you are agile enough to shift your body just enough to keep your vital organs out of harm’s way. You gain fortification, value equal to (CL + 3×D)%, where CL is your character level and D is your Dexterity modifier (minimum 0); this fortification is derived from agility, not toughness, so it stacks with any fortification you may already have or gain. You also gain damage reduction/— equal to your Dexterity modifier (minimum 0), which stacks with any damage reduction you may already have or gain. Furthermore, an attempted coup de grace against you is no longer an automatic hit (though it does get a +10 bonus to the attack roll), nor is it an automatic critical threat (though its threat range is expanded by 6) or an automatic critical confirm (and gains no special bonus to the roll to confirm). If it does still hit and crit, you do have to make a Fortitude save against instant death, but you get a +4 bonus to your save.

Your fortification and damage reduction from this feat are tied to your ability to react to danger, so you lose ¼ of your fortification from this feat and ½ of your damage reduction from this feat if you would be denied your Dexterity bonus to AC without uncanny dodge, and you lose ½ of your fortification from this feat and all of your damage reduction from this feat if you would be denied your Dexterity bonus to AC even with uncanny dodge. However, if your Dexterity score would be treated as 0 (such as if you are paralyzed), it is instead treated as half of its actual value. You only lose your Dexterity bonus to AC (and your fortification from this feat) and can have your Dexterity treated as 0 if you have no awareness of your surroundings whatsoever, such as if you are asleep, unconscious, or subject to certain mind-affecting effects (such as solipsism[1] or sensory deprivation[1]).

In addition, you always have uncanny dodge, no matter what. If your uncanny dodge has some sort of limitation under which it does not apply (such as wearing heavy armor, carrying a heavy load, running out of VFX, or not being psionically focused), you ignore that limitation. You do not get to ignore limitations for improved uncanny dodge in this way, so a rogue may still be able to sneak attack you if given the proper opportunity (assuming that they can get past your fortification), but literally nothing short of unconsciousness can deny you your Dexterity bonus to AC.

You are even able to dodge magic missile and other effects that would otherwise strike you unerringly. In order for such an attack to hit you, its caster must succeed on a ranged touch attack as if the spell was a ray (though it still tries its best to home in on you — you're just too damn evasive for it to get a bead on you — and so it still ignores cover and concealment). Each individual magic missile (or analogous effect) makes a separate attack roll.

Finally, you gain a +3 dodge bonus to AC, gain a +5 competence bonus to Escape Artist and Tumble checks, do not take a penalty to AC for being prone, can take a 5-foot step while prone, and do not provoke attacks of opportunity for standing up from a prone position. Example: A 24th-level character with 22 Dexterity would gain 48% fortification and damage reduction 7/— through this feat.Normal: If you’re rendered helpless, your enemies can stab your vital organs as much as they like and you can’t do a damn thing to stop them or defend yourself. Also, you can't dodge magic missiles no matter how good your AC is, and while you're prone, moving 5 feet is a full-round action that provokes attacks of opportunity, and standing up also provokes attacks of opportunity (in other words, sucks to be you).
