Tactile Telekinesis [Psionic] Your telekinesis is limited to your touch, it is however more potent than average telekinesis.Prerequisites: 1st level only, must know at least one psionic power of the psychokinesis discipline.Benefit: The range of all your psychokinesis powers that is not 'personal' change to 'touch', any power with area of effect still retain their original range but must be centered on or starting from you. However the potency of your psychokinesis powers is increased, lowering the cost to manifest powers of the psychokinesis discipline by 1 (minimum 0) and increasing it DCs by 1. Additionally as long as you maintain psionic focus you can use the ability score that determine the DCs of your power instead of your strength score for strength checks, determining attacks bonus and damage bonus for melee attacks and determining carrying capacity.
