Covered in thick rubbery purple tentacles like scale mail, this organic looking outfit reaches out and grasps whatever is nearby.
While wearing this shirt, you can draw any item out as a free action on your turn or pick up an item in your square without provoking attacks of opportunity, once per round. The tentacles grabs the items from the ground or bag, stretching and pulling at it does. It can also hold (but not wield or activate) any one item you can hold within one hand.
The shirt assists in grapples, giving a +2 bonus on grapple checks and climb checks. If you fail a climb check and would fall off roll again. If the second roll result would be enough not to fall, you do not fall (but make no progress, even on a success).
Prerequisites: Craft Wondrous Item, black tentacles.
