This is a box of endless tissues, but there is a problem. It's never in reach.
A box of endless tissues sounds useful, and when tissues are drawn you can have up to 100 drawn at any one time (additional ones cause old tissues to vanish). However whenever someone reaches for the box to grab a tissue, the box immediately moves just out of reach, up to 100 ft away. The box is always under freedom of movement, and in fact if cornered or otherwise unable to escape there is a 50% chance it will simply phase through the floor, wall, or other obstruction to the nearest empty space.
Prerequisites: SRD:Craft Wondrous Item, mage hand.
Cost to Create: 5 gp, 1 EXP, 1 day.
