Your nickname of the Hurricane was well founded.

With a single blast of meteorological might you raze civilization to the ground in a massive cataclysm. When you begin casting this spell, all squares in your reach are subject to hurricane force winds, though this does not impede the caster at all. At the end of casting the force of a hurricane strikes out all at once in the area. All creatures must make a Fortitude save or fall prone from the shockwave. All mundane buildings as strong as wood or weaker are utterly destroyed, reduced to splinters, and provides no cover. Those inside may suffer from cave ins with a DC equal to the DC of this spell. Mundane buildings of stone or magical or otherwise warded against extreme weather survive better but still with damage, taking the effects of an earthquake spell and crumbling into shards if this destroys the building. All windows or other weak exposed points are cracked and shattered, and all loose objects are thrown about violently scattered randomly within the area of effect.

A successful save merely checks creatures, causing them to be unable to move towards the caster for 1 round. Wooden buildings are merely subject to earthquake which may destroy them. Stone and stronger buildings take half damage.

This spell disrupts and removes all gases and clouds and snuffs all fires as if subjected to hurricane force winds. It even clears up and disrupts all weather, even magical weather, but the weather will return after 1d4 rounds if the conditions to cause it remain.

Material Component: Debris gathered from houses destroyed by a hurricane.
