As your eldritch blast hits, chaotic energy washes over them that causes their actions to be disrupted. Choose one of the following effects; the penalty lasts for 1 round, no save.
- Target takes a -2 penalty to attack rolls.
- Target takes a -2 penalty to AC.
- Target takes a -2 penalty to ability and skill checks.
- Target's speed is reduced by 10 ft (minimum 5 ft).
