Uncontrollable Laser Vision
Your eyes are lasers, but they are not under your control.
Prerequisite: Must have eyes.
Effect: As a free action once per round, you can fire a laser which deals 1d8 points of fire damage, plus another +1 damage per HD you have. This damage ignites flammable objects and creatures. This is a ray (a ranged touch attack) out to 60 ft.
However, you are always firing and as such cannot look at anything directly without damaging it. If you avert your eyes, you have 20% concealment to everything around you. You can close your eyes safely, blinding yourself but preventing the laser from firing.
Benefit: A Moderate bonus feat feat or lower for which you meet the prerequisites.
