Your voice becomes extremely loud, able to be heard up to 1 mile away clearly. Those within a 30 ft radius centered on you are subject to your voice reaching deafening amounts. Creatures must make a Fortitude save against deafness for 1 minute. The duration of this is Concentration, up to 1 round/level.

Reverse: You speak normally, but your voice travels across the universe. This duplicates the effect of sending.

Failure: On a failed truespeak check, your voice only travels out to 240 ft (about twice as loud as normal). For the reverse, you can only send a single word and not receive a reply.

Primal Utterance[edit]

Normal: You can spread your voice up to 10 miles/level, and you can choose to have an explosive sonic burst within a 30 ft radius of yourself. You deal 1d6 sonic damage/level, knock prone, and permanently deafen creatures. A successful save halves the damage, negates the prone, and reduces the deafening to 1 minute.

Reversed: The sending effect lasts for 24 hours with no word limit.
