The time travelling wizard Welz brought back several mysterious spells from the future. A bell is rung upon casting this spell, reminding one of inevitable death, a death which is drawing closer all the time.
Targets which fail their save take 1d8 negative energy damage per 2 levels (maximum 6d8 at 12th) if they were at full health. If they do not have full health they instead take 1d12 damage per 2 levels (maximum 6d12 at 12th). While not dealing sonic damage, it is a Sonic effect and is blocked by silence.
Focus: A silver bell worth 100 gp.
