Wish Vizier [Racial]
Prerequisites: 18 HD at least, Make a WishBenefit: Once per week, as a standard action, you may replicate the spell wish. You suffer ability burn to your Constitution, equal to four. This damage can't be prevented in any way. This damage can't be healed magically.
Special: This is a supernatural ability, but it interacts with spell resistance, magic dispelling or anti-magic fields as normal magic, and it still requires to pay for material components or costs.
