Royce, Frozen Crusader
Royce was a knightess who sought the power to end the eternal winter that afflicted her land; instead, she was lost to the blizzard and never found her way back.

Manifestation
Royce appears as a clad in white ivory armor; she is still frozen in ice.
Sign
The binder appears paler and weaker, her skin becomes pallid, and her features are rimed in ice.
Influence
Royce makes the binder act honorably, espousing a code of conduct and refusing to deviate from it even if it would mean great harm. The binder will show great loyalty to her companions and will seek to defend the innocent from harm if possible.
Granted Abilities
Born of Winter
The binder gains immunity to cold and resistance to fire equal to twice her binder level.
Coldlance
As a swift action, the binder is capable of calling a mighty weapon in the form of an icicle lance. Any opponents slain by your icicle lance are turned into ice statues.
Ice Death
If the binder dies while binding Royce, Frozen Crusader, she instead turns into a statue of ice. If the statue is not destroyed within 1 hour, it thaws, restoring the binder at full hit points. This only happens once per binding.
Mount of the Frozen Knight
As a standard action, the binder can call a winter wolf mount. It gains bonuses as a paladin special mount, using your effective binder level as your paladin level. If it is killed, you cannot summon it again until you re-bind Royce.
Synergy
Royce works well when bound with Raps, Guardian of the Diamond Crown. When using her Bladestorm Burst, it deals 1d10 cold damage per binder level instead of 1d6.
Wanderer in the Blizzard
You and your mount are completely invisible as per persistent invisibility and silent when in blizzards or snowstorms. You may resume or suppress this ability as a free action.
