With a loud hiss a burning spray of hot water fills the room with fog.
You release a cone of superheated steam, dealing 1d6 fire damage/level (maximum 10d6 at caster level 10th) as an instantaneous effect. This fire damage can't catch anything on fire and is unhampered by water or lack of air. It leaves a mist in its wake as obscuring mist in its wake for 1 round that deals half its original damage to any creatures passing through or ending their turn within the area of effect.
Material Component: A vial of water.
