"The modern warriors had scored many victories since they were transported in this fantasy land, their firearms allowed them to kill their mages, their dragons, their legends. This battle would go just as well as the other... except that none of their weapon could fire."
A spell created by members of the Whettenbekker Institute to fight off the rapidly enlarging technological gap between factions. This spell create an invisible field which cause all technological apparatuses to become nonfunctional while inside. This include any mechanical device more complex than a repeating crossbow. An Anti-Technology Field isn't able to stop a projectile fired by a technological device from wounding a creature in the filed, but it would prevent it from exploding or doing any of technological functions.
All construct are constantly staggered while in the field, construct with the Bot Subtype become purely nonfunctiuonal and cease all activities.
An Anti-Technology Field may be made permanent with the permanency spell, it require a minimum caster level of 13th and 2,500 XP.
