Bad Breath
You have bad breath. It is bad for speaking, and an insulting weapon.
Benefit: At will you can make a touch attack, breathing in the opponents face. They are sickened for 1 round per 2 HD you possess.
Drawback: If you speak within 15 ft of a creature they can smell it. If a creature realizes you have bad breath you take a -6 penalty on Bluff and Diplomacy checks against them.
Roleplaying Ideas: Maybe you don't brush your teeth. Maybe it's your diet of rotten flesh, garlic, onion, and surstromming. Either way, keep your mouth shut around others, or speak at a distance.
