After a small unplanned visit to the afterlife, Belladone took something back with her. Binding a fiendish servant to your will, you bring it into reality to attack within its bindings.
You make a magic circle in a 20 ft radius and summon a fiendish spirit which can appear as nearly anything, though always clearly fiendish in nature. The creature is Medium sized, with a profane bonus to AC equal to 10 + your caster level, 6 hp/level, your saving throws, and attack bonus equal to your caster level + your ability modifier for spellcasting. It counts as an evil outsider for the purpose of interacting with spells and other effects. The creature can move anywhere within the limitations of its area as a move action without provoking attacks of opportunity, but cannot exceed its area nor can it hold or wield any items. It can only move and attack, but can be commanded to attack only certain people or under certain conditions. It can speak Abyssal and Infernal, and deliver messages if commanded so.
The fiend's effective BAB is equal to your caster level, gaining additional attacks with higher BAB. It can make full attacks if it hasn't moved in the round. Its attacks deal 1d8 + your spellcasting ability modifier in damage (either bludgeoning, piercing, or slashing), and counts as evil and either cold iron or silver (chosen on casting this spell).
The fiend can be slain, but the caster can resummon it as a standard action as long as the duration has not expired.
If cast in a spell slot one level higher, the duration becomes 1 minute/level. If cast in a spell slot two levels higher, the duration becomes 1 hour/level. If cast in a spell slot three levels higher and with a material component, the duration becomes Permanent.
Material Component: The permanent version requires candles and blood inscribing the magic circle, as well as 500 gp worth of silver powder.
