Bond of the Harden Crusader

Spell Resistance: No

This spell can only be cast if you are in a martial Stance. If not, the spell ends immediately. When this spell is activated, the spirits of the ancient desert crusaders appear behind you, guiding your actions and gestures. This presence gives you a +1 morale bonus to attack and damage on all martial Strikes of the same discipline as the Stance you are in. Also as long as you are in a martial Stance, the DC of all the martial techniques (Strike, Rush, Boost, and Counter) of the same discipline as the Stance are increased by the level of the martial Stance in which you are. This spell ends automatically if you stop being in a martial Stance.

You can also cast this spell with 2 more spell slots, and if you do, the spell gains the following additional effect:

Only once, when you switch your martial Stance for another martial Stance, you can choose a prepared Strike belonging to the same discipline as the new Stance and try a Martial Lore check (DC = 20 + twice the level of the chosen Strike). If successful, you can execute this Strike without consuming it, provided you use it before the end of the next round. In case of failure, you must success a Concentration check (DD = 20 + level of the martial Stance in which you are) or lose the martial Stance, end this spell, and become shaken for 1d4 rounds.

Focus: A descipline weapon of the same discipline as the posture in which you are when you cast this spell.
