So many kittens! Why are there so many kittens?!

This spell summons a pile of adorable, invulnerable, and magical kittens in mid-air which falls on your opponents with a delightful POMF sound. This deals 1d6 points of nonlethal damage to all creatures in the area (maximum 15d6 at 15th level) with a Reflex save for half. In addition, all creatures in the area must make a Will save or become fascinated for 1 round/level, as they stop to play with the kittens and ignore events outside. The pile lasts for 1 round/level and acts as difficult terrain. Any creatures passing through the area must make the Will save. A successful save renders them immune to this particular casting. The fascination is a mind-affecting compulsion.

Material Component: A tuft of cat hair.
