There is a soft whir in the air, and you are hit with a refreshing breeze.

You generate a small local wind blowing off and around the body of the target creature. It cools them off, granting them endure elements for its duration against hot weather only. If they are subject to gases or fog, the gas disperses after 5 rounds of you staying in the same spot, but only in your square (usually 5 feet). If you move from your spot the gas does not disperse.

Unusually light things such as capes and scarves may blow dramatically in the wind for the duration, but it has little to no effect and can't even put out a normal candle.
