Feat of Minor Achievement
For High and higher level games: gain a Low level feat for a minor cost in skill points, as you achieve minor and unremarkable feats and abilities.
Benefit: If you spend 3 skill points, you can gain a Low level feat. You may choose to spend skill points and obtain a feat at 1st, 5th, and every five levels beyond. You must qualify for the feat as normal.
Drawback: You spend 3 skill points each time you obtain a Low level feat.
Special: This may only be taken in High or Very High powered games.
Roleplaying Ideas: You revel in small successes. No one cares about your ability to have 3 more hit points or +2 skills than most, but its important to you.
