Footsore [Salient Ability] You charge towards the deity of travel, but you feel like the air and ground conspire against you, slowing your path and throwing you off step.Prerequisites: Divine Rank 1, Minor Travel domain portfolioBenefit: The deity can slow the passage of creatures moving nearby. All must be within 10 feet per divine rank of the deity. The area around the deity is considered difficult terrain (even if flying) and their speed is cut in half, and creatures cannot run or charge. It even disrupts teleportation attempts, dealing 1d6 points of damage per spell level for creatures teleporting in or out of the area. This effect can be toggled on and off as a standard action.

The use of caltrops is unusually effective while in the area. They use the deity's melee attack bonus as their attack bonus, and deal damage equal to the deity's divine rank. They ignore boots and thick skin, and the caltrop's movement penalty lasts permanently until healed. These divinely augmented caltrops may be healed when the creature is successfully treated with a DC 25 + divine rank Heal check, or until it is brought to full hit points in health. Special: Suitable for deities of Travel.
