This spell must be cast 1 hour before a creature goes to bed, or on an already sleeping creature. Their slumber is peaceful, even if laying in uncomfortable conditions. Creatures can sleep in armor as if they had Endurance (and in heavy armor if they already have the feat).
If affected by nightmare or similar dream altering abilities, you gain a +1 sacred bonus on any saving throws against it.
There is a 10% chance that upon waking you are extra refreshed, and start the day with 1 temporary hp per HD, which lasts for 8 hours or until expended.
