Hollow Point Ray

You'd need an anti-tank rifle to breach their armor. Fortunately, you are the anti-tank rifle.

You release a bullet of force penetrates and explodes outward. The target takes 1d6 points of magic piercing damage per 2 levels, max 5d6 at 10th. The bullet then explodes into a 30-ft cone behind the target, dealing 1d6 points of force damage per 2 levels (max 5d6 at 10th) to all creatures behind the target with a Reflex save for half. The original target gets no save and is also subject to the force damage. The cone can extend beyond its normal spell range of the ray.

This spell is very effective at breaching barriers. It can bore through up to 12 − the object's hardness in inches through a material and continue on without exploding if you choose, dealing the piercing damage and continuing on its path. Both the piercing and force damage are not reduced before hardness.
