Master of None [General] I'm a first level character, specifically 1/9th barbarian, 1/9th bard, 1/9th cleric, 1/9th druid, 1/9th fighter, 1/9th monk, 1/9th ranger, 1/9th sorcerer, and 1/9th wizard!Prerequisites: 1st level onlyBenefit: You count as having at least 1 level in every base class ever. This doesn't actually give you anything, such as spells or maneuvers, you just count as such for pre-requisites. For example, you can activate magic items as if you were a 1st level wizard, count as being a 1st level fighter for fighter only feats, and qualify for dragon disciple with your non-existent sorcerer level. Of course without the appropriate class features some things may not scale or be granted if you do enter prestige classes or qualify for feats which need them.

If you actually take a level in a base class, you count as one level higher for scaling class features such as caster level, initiator level, sneak attack, and so forth. It doesn't grant you new spells known or other class features early, just scales the ones you already have.

SummaryYou count as 1st level in every class. Too bad you don't get the class features. If you do take a class, things get better though. +
